On the day of arrival you can move into the flat from 4 pm at the latest.

Should you be in Engadin earlier, you will find an envelope with your name and flat number on the counter at the reception as soon as the flat is ready for you to move in.

The suitcases can be stored on the day of arrival/departure. Just let us know and we will find a suitable place.

A washing machine is available on the ground floor for a fee. You can use the tumble dryer free of charge

There is a storage room for bicycles or other sports equipment in the underground car park. No sports equipment is allowed in the flats.

If you stay longer than one week, you will receive fresh towels at the reception. We ask you to bring down the used ones and exchange them for the new ones.

For online enquiries, minimum stays between 5-7 nights or other restrictions sometimes apply. If you would like to enquire about a shorter stay or if your period is available but not bookable, please call us or use the enquiry form.

All flats have free internet access. You will find the access data on your guest app.

There is a list on the reception counter where you can place your order until 4.30 pm. From 7 a.m. the next day, your fresh bread will be ready for collection on the table at the reception. Please note that Thursday orders must be placed on Tuesday and Monday orders on Saturday.

Dogs are allowed in some flats by arrangement (!). The respective flats are marked with a dog symbol.

We charge a fee of Fr. 8.- per pet and night for dogs or pets.

Our underground car park is available for your stay. In the winter season a parking space costs Fr. 8.- per night and in the summer season Fr. 5.- per night. Please book the parking space at the same time as your booking. We try to find a place for all cars. In high season or when arriving with more than one car, there may not be enough spaces available.

During your stay, except Wednesday and Sunday, we are at the reception every day from 8 to 10 am and from 4 to 6 pm. Do you have questions about hikes, insider tips or is something missing in the flat? Just come by, we will be happy to help you.

If you arrive in Silvaplana after 6 pm, you will find the key in the key box on the wall to the left after entering the upper parking hall. You can find out the code by contacting us in advance.
